All estimates are written, itemized, and include range pricing. Estimates are valid for 30 days from issue. Final pricing depends on site conditions confirmed during the work, including decking condition, material availability, and code-compliance scope.
All work is performed by contractors holding active NJ Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. General liability and workers' compensation insurance is maintained throughout the project term.
